We kindly ask that all original tags remain attached and that the items are returned in their original packaging. Because our hats, shirts, and accessories are premium identity pieces, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration from their original state.
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs associated with sending items back to our facility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when mailing your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package and are not responsible for goods lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit promptly so you can get back to the game.
